Room was sub standard and felt very grubby. Had to wash all dishes, pans and cutlery before using as it did not appear clean. Curtains were stained, not properly hung and did not close properly. Very old, tired and not pleasant. Real shame because convenient location for bus terminal, pleasant setting and good outdoor space. Could be so much better with TLC.

Fantastic property to stay, close to everything, reasonable rates. Perfect location. Staff was accommodating and friendly. Wifi could be better. Would definitely go back there again.

I loved the early morning bird calls & the sound of rain on tge roof. Internet access very poor. Reception staff friendly, cheerful, helpful. Bed was VERY hard. Position was good to walk to town in good weather. Unfortunately we had lots of rain so opted to drive.

Bed was ok for one night, close to the Main Street of Byron. Was it worth the $234 for the studio room, probably not, but it is Byron Bay which is getting more expensive each visit.
