No parties. RVs and campers not permitted on site. Limit of 10 guests at any time.
We have a septic system. No flushing of sanitary napkins, wipes, etc. down the toilet. Please ensure that no oil or grease goes down the sink.
House is to be left in the same condition as upon arrival. Guests agree to a rental agreement to follow. Will be emailed post-booking.
