Located behind the RIU Hotel and 10 minute walking to the beach. Condo Bahia is near to beautiful beaches, supermarkets like Costco and Walmart, 5 minutes to downtown, Medano Beach full of restaurants, bars, shopping plazas and local regional food.

condo and fully furnished in a nice and simple design. Our parota wood pieces give the condo a very nature touch. Two comfortable queen beds for 4 people plus sleeper sofa on the living room could sleep six people.

Take advantage of Bahia del Tezal II. Guess have access to entire apartment: elevators, outdoor pool, seating area, 24/7 security, fitness and parking area.

We assist our guests during their stay daily by email or phone. We can help you plan your vacations during your stay: activities, transportation, restaurant reservations.

Condo Bahia is located 5 minute from the highway where you can take a taxi or bus to take you any where around Cabo San Lucas.
No smoking inside the condo. A $200 USD penalty will apply if this rule is violated. Smoking is only permitted on the terrace, and we kindly ask that doors remain closed when doing so.

No parties or events are allowed.

Please keep noise to a minimum after 10:00 PM to avoid disturbing our neighbors.
