We had a wonderful time. Staff was very attentive, food was delicious. The only negative is the very loud music from the sister hotel,Santa Fe resort. This lasted hours at a time until about 11 pm.

I booked the room with partial ocean view but they gave me the room with crossing Santa Fe resort view. When I asked for upgrades and they said I must pay $150 per day!!! It was ridiculous!!! Front desk manager was rudely, unprofessional !!!

The welcoming counter service was horrible, the woman that assist us, was training, explaining, talking to other employees and was not concentrating on us, asked questions and looks like she was bothered!!! Bad customer service!

I just got back home from this property we stayed a week, 1st off most of the staff is nice and friendly but 1 bar didnt like to put any booze in your cocktail and asking for a double was judged...there isnt a lot of premium liqours and if there are they hide them so be sure to ask. Food was terrible there wasnt a thing that had any flavor to it. I dont know anyone who has salad for breakfast but that took up a huge part of the buffet. Uber wasgreat to go to the marina, i highly suggest going there for food. Being in adults only was great but the rui partys are right next door which are loud and takes away from night entertainment at the adults only. Beds were horrible! Wasnt the worse vacation but id only give them a 3 star

Extremely good value in terms of amenities, access to the beach. The food was pretty good. The drinks are good if you know the right one to order.
