Our host Lee is amazing. Very helpful and wonderful at communicating. Place was clean, had everything we needed (kitchen, beach stuff, towels, toiletries etc). Deck with a beautiful view. Very near pool. Easy beach access. Air conditioned. All utilities worked great. (Washer was out of service at the time of our stay). I would stay again and again. Amazing!!!

Perfect get away

Propery is very secure and safe. It is like a community where everyone knows each other. The condo was easy to find and access. There are 2 flights of stairs. It is Right next to the bar/restaurant and pool. The condo is clean, beautiful, fully functioning kitchen. We stopped at Costco on the way and did a lot of cooking. The shower is warm sprayer a little off but still worked great. Comfortable beds. Beautiful view. Grill on the patio. We were happy to find coolers, beach chairs, umbrella and sand toys there. Lee, the owner, is wonderful to work with And very helpful. Amazing vacation! Thank you Lee and all the staff there. 😊

Great stay!

The location is about 15 minutes from the marina in a less busy area. We had everything we needed. The swimming beach is a little rocky and we enjoyed medano beach. The beach chairs and umbrella provided were very appreciated!

Quiet & Scenic Stay

The host was very helpful and communication was great. The condo is on a beautiful property with super easy access to two beaches as advertised. The heated pool and pool bar were an excellent addition which definitely added to our experience. We found Uber pickup at the condo to be simple and quick, which made it easy to visit Cabo downtown or popular restaurants other than the couple of ones which are walkable from the condo. Slight error in the listing, as it indicates a hot tub on site, but it wasn't a deal breaker for us. The condo itself is as advertised, has the basics for cooking but shower and kitchen show some signs of age. Again, not a huge issue and perhaps reflected in the price.

Great Stay!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Property is very well maintained, condo was great for our family of 4 and the location was perfect! We were able to enjoy the beautiful beach (that never felt too crowded) and enjoy the pool and swim up bar! All workers on the property were helpful, polite and professional!

Excellent place to Stay

We really enjoyed our recent stay. Communication was excellent and the condo owner is willing to go out of his way to make every aspect of your trip to meet your needs. The keyless entry was a bonus as we never had to worry about losing or holding a key when we left the building. Every aspect about the location and the condition of the property was spectacular. Very much recommend.

Wonderful Cabo Stay

Convenient location, family oriented, deck with amazing view, saw whales every day, adjacent to two beaches, great snorkling, pool, easy parking, convenient small grocery on site, well stocked kitchen, lots of beach gear in-house, clean, safe, and comfortable for our extended family of 6. The hosts were responsive and service oriented. Great value. Just can't say enough.

Father Son Fishing Trip

From the time we begin to research and ask questions, Lee was quick to respond, thorough with explanations, and extremely helpful. Once we booked the unit, Lee continued to be helpful with our questions, helped set up an airport pick up and return trip to airport, and offered help along the way. The place was very clean, complete with amenities, and was perfect for not being in the center of the marina area yet easy to get Ubers to pick up and take home. The kitchen was perfect and equipped with everything we needed for preparing some of our meals on site. Would recommend this place and would stay there again.

Amazing Stay in Cabo

Truly, this is the perfect place to stay in Cabo! The condo is very clean, spacious, and fully stocked with everything we could possibly need. The view is absolutely amazing. Yes, it looks *exactly* like the photo. The condo is literally steps away from the pool and bar/restaurant -- which we enjoyed everyday of our stay. The staff was friendly and kind. The place is also a few minute walk to the beach, which is such a treat. Location-wise, it was a super easy drive into Cabo San Lucas and super easy access to grocery stores. Lastly, the owner was incredibly hospitable, friendly, responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!

Place is awesome!

This room is as advertised! Great view of the ocean and easy location in the property. All the amenities for a great beach day are in the property and it is incredibly well stocked with everything needed for an extended stay... which we will be doing again!
