The Customer Service was Excellent! What i appreciated was that i informed them of my stage 4 arthritic knees and they were considerate enough to put me on the ground floor in front of pool! This is our 3rd visit here because of such Wonderful Treatment! We will be back!

Everything about the hotel was amazing. The Grayline shuttle from the airport was horrible. The customer service staff at the airport were threatening and rude.

While checking in I reminded the front desk that we were getting a partial ocean view. They said if we didn’t, they would switch us the next morning. The next room was perfect!! Everything about our AI experience was wonderful. We attended both dinner shows as well. Very entertaining! This is our 3rd trip staying at PB Rose in 4 years. Can’t wait to come back.

The room was dirty and worn out. Two light fixtures were hanging off the wall and not working. There was actual dirt by the microwave that wasn’t cleaned up though the room was serviced daily. A bar of soap from someone’s previous stay was in the soap tray in the shower. On the plus side the staff was great and the food and beverages were too.

The staff were very friendly and the facilities were clean and well maintained. The food was mediocre, but overall decent quality for buffet food. Each night is a different theme, so they do change up the food a bit. The other restaurants require you to order, but they usually aren't included in the all inclusive package, so it costs extra. The rooms themselves were clean, but are dated and worn out. The air conditioner worked well, but it doesn't have an auto switch available so it needs to be turned off manually if it gets too cold. Unfortunately, I was unaware of extra fees that are added to your bill at the end. They charge you a daily municipal sanitation tax which equated to about $30 USD over a 7 day period. This resort is one of the few resorts that has a swimmable beach, because most other beaches have a strong under current that is dangerous. Overall a good place to stay, but is a little dated at times and the buffet food could be better.

I understand that this is all about the location which is great and that this is not a new resort. But there is mold in the rooms and air conditioning systems. Our Clothes all smell like mold after being there for five days and the rooms smelled moldy the entire stay. Pool servers are great, but bartenders don’t care about customers standing at the bar waiting for a drink. Drinks not good, even the beer in cans is watery. Great location some very nice people and good times, but the rooms are dirty, and moldy and old. That part is a major detractor.

Pueblo Bonito Rose is such a beautiful resort. I have nothing but good things to say. The food was greeat, the views and the staff. We stayed for 6days and had access to the sister hotels. We were also able to eat at their restaurants and use their pools. Definitely worth getting all inclusive. Its also located relative to center markets and pier. It seems far but its within walking distance.
