Took us 30 minutes for the guard and "HQ" to locate our entry code. Then the door code wouldn't work, so took another 30 minutes to get the door open. After 4 changes of codes, we decided to just leave the door unlocked so we could get back in the rest of the time. Additionally, both elevators were out of service the entire time. I had my hip replaced a month ago, so it was a challenge climbing the stairs to go to the pool. Tried to turn on the hot tub, but couldn't do so. Room was great...most everything else average or below
