Amazing - can't wait to return

We've just left Casa Mimosa and are already planning a return. I cannot say enough good things about our stay but I have to start with Maritza who took care of us from start to finish with a level of attention that would have impressed me at a five star hotel! Not only did she keep the entire place immaculately clean but she also did our laundry and cooked several meals for us, including a birthday party for my daughter with cake and decorations! I also messaged a lot with the owner who had amazing recommendations and suggestions for what to do in Playa Flamingo. The apartment itself is spacious, comfortable, air conditioned, and well supplied, including beach towels, boogie boards, and beach chairs. The kitchen is great, there's a huge outdoor grill area, and of course there's the fabulous pool which was also kept perfectly clean and warm. In terms of location, we couldn't have been happier. It was a five minute walk to Playa Flamingo, an 8 minute drive to the supermarket, and about the same to other great areas like Playa Conchal and the Marina. We can't wait to return!

Excellent place!

This property is top notch. Gorgeous grounds, very private and safe, view, minutes walk from a Great beach and restaurant (Coco Loco). The caregivers live on the property and maintain the grounds and offer helpful tips. There were monkeys in the trees one day. The kitchen was well stocked. Outside grill area and pool fantastic. We didn’t realize the upstairs and downstairs were separate units available for rent as well, but we had the place to ourselves. I hope we can return someday!

Steps away from the beach

Very nice well maintained property. However, our stay wouldn’t have been the same if Maritza the housekeeper wasn’t there. She cooked us breakfast and a nice meal with local fish and shrimp. This property isless than 2 minute walk to the beautiful Flamingo Beach. Pool in property is nice, felt private, clean, you can hear the howler monkeys from the pool and see a variety of colorful birds. Thank you Maritza for making our stay so pleasant.

First Class in Costa Rica

Great location with view of hills and beach out the bedroom windows. Pool is fantastic with outdoor grilling area. Got massages poolside by hosts family. The hosts are very accommodating and nice. Easy walk down the hill to the beach and restaurants.
