It is a tastefully renovated property, a late 1800s building, authentic from Cádiz with its original Tower. It is a spacious and charming space to receive families, it is bright dressed with 4 balconies that overlook the Plaza de las Flores, high ceilings with its original beams and doors. Each room has its ceiling fan. There are 4 unique rooms, a large living and meeting room, 2 full bathrooms, and an exquisite kitchen that invites you to cook with your family. Being able to accommodate a family of up to 7 people, it is a place transformed with love and affection by its owners. Welcome!

Please note that the air conditioning is a mobile unit. These are old buildings, and we do not have the legislation to install units on the facades. Also, in Cádiz, fans are usually sufficient in the summer because the sea breeze starts to come in the afternoon.

The apartment is located easily accessible from the train station, a 15-minute walk. From Jerez de la Frontera airport there are 40 km, by taxi, the cost is approximately 50 euros, the closest point for the taxi to the property is the Plaza del Palillero at 5 minutes walking.
