The room was nice enough, I think the bathroom could do with some tlc but not dirty just a bit of updating as looks old fixtures

We booked the Royal Victoria for it's closeness to the Snowdon Railway, I don't think it was even 300 yds, excellent. Breakfast was buffet style and I have no complaints about the food, it was brilliant. Unfortunately, our train was only allowed up half way because of storm "Amy", however while on our way home we decided to look around the slate lake and people were queuing for the Summit trip, so, my wife went and booked another trip to the summit, we couldn't see anything when we got to the top because of the mist and so windy, but, we did it :-) We will book the hotel and summit trip next year when the weather isn't going to be an issue!!!

Great location. Hotel clean and friendly staff. Breakfast had good selection. Stayed in a small single room, which was adequate for one night stay. Only downside was noisy fan system outside window which hindered my sleep.

What a lovely place - pleasant staff, easy check in, clean room.. breakfast was tasty with a view and we were able to leave the car there to go on the snowdon train on check out day.. convenient location… well recommended

Quick trip to Snowdonia

Great hotel. Friendly staff. Good room, everything you need. Clean and comfortable . Good quality breakfast with good choice. Great position in Llanberis. Ideal for doing Snowdon. Snowdon railway a short walk away. Snowdonia is stunning.

Perfect choice

Clean hotel with good choice of food. Breakfast was plentiful and a great choice. Bed was a little too soft for me but room was warm and comfortable. Location was excellent for walking Eryri and using the mountain railway.

We booked a twin room but when we checked in it was a double. They changed it. Cleanliness was OK but with lots of harvester spiders and cobwebs in the 'dark corners'. The window would not close properly - we reported it when we left.
