The property is well secured, guards are on duty all the time making you feel safe, it is very close to Centrio Ayala Mall and is quieter than the one facing the Main Street! Owner was very accommodating and made sure that I have everything I need. They were also very flexible as to checkin and checkout time as I arrived quiet late and checked out a day earlier. Excellent location for a very low price!
