Gîte adjoining the owner's, in the wing of a former farm, thoroughly restored, in the quiet, surrounded by meadows and woods. Swimming-pool to share with the owners. Ground floor : living-rm-cum-modern, fully equipped kitchen, lounge corner, cellar, wc. Upstairs, 2 bdrms (2 bd 4ft6 x 6ft2, 1 bd 5ft2 x 6ft5, 1 bd 2ft6 x 6ft2), whereof one with dressing-rm and solarium, shower rm, WC. Reversible air-condition. Baby equipmt. Possibility of bd sheets, towels rent.,cleaning service at the end of your stay. On the heights of Albi, the wood of St-Quintin is well known by the Albigeois for its calm and little walks, at the outskirts of the town, in a countryside scenery. The Episcopal City, recently classified World Heritage by the Unesco, and the Museum Toulouse-Lautrec, are merely 5 minutes away, as well as all shops, services and activities of a city. For your children, the leisure park of Cap Découverte is quite close, with a lake to bathe in, nautical ski-lift, but also roll-air cable, skiing on grass, slope karting, etc.. In a simpler way, you will find here a restful setting, a lovely gîte with a modern atmosphere, with full comfort, and a couple of friendly owners. Back from your walks, you will enjoy the swimming-pool.
