Great hotel, friendly staff, good range of food for buffet breakfast and plenty of dinner options and drinks. Located close to the city centre and the attractions were all within 30 mins. Taxi to centre and lagoon etc range up to $15 depending on time of day. We would definately stay again.

A nice quiet, clean hotel on the Esplanade. Amanda went over and beyond to assist us with a minor issue and I couldn’t thank her enough. The manager of the hotel was fabulous as well. Great happy hour as well. I would highly recommend this hotel for your next holiday.

3 person stay the fold out sofa bed was not made up when asking cleaner to supply sheets. This did not happen. After returning from dinner had to ask reception for sheets and extra towel. Mattress was hideous just springs on sofa bed. I have slept on the floor before I don’t expect much but this sofa was not good.

10 min from the airport and a 20 min walk from the central shopping / restaurant area along the lovely esplanade. The staff was super helpful storing our bags when we arrived early and when we were leaving late on the back end of our stay. The rooms were clean and nearly all have balconies. The pool is also nice. We did not take advantage of the restaurant but it was clean with a cute garden. I'm sure it's just as lovely as the rest of the property. A solid stay for anyone exploring Cairns over the long weekend.

WIFI in our room was almost non-existent (116) when i contacted reception the phone was placed on hold but i could hear all the conversations going on at reception. The second time i was asked if i could hold for a few moments and then i was hung up on. The third time the phone was hung up on me without any conversation.

It was nice property but it was described as 20 minutes walk to CBD but it was actually double that time. We ended up spending $100 to hire taxis during the stay. Also the large commercial airlines flew over the hotel which made it noisy. If I did it over again I would select a hotel downtown.

This location just off the Cairns Esplanade.We took several excursions and the tours were able to pick us up from this location. Breakfasts were very good and the outside deck was a great place to have a drink and snack after a long day. Would love to go back here again.
