We stayed at Trinity Collective for six days. We arrived quite late on Monday afternoon, but the staff who welcomed us were very friendly and accommodating. The place was spacious, spotless, and had everything we needed — it truly felt like home. The surroundings were peaceful, and the ambience was just perfect. I also loved having my little kangaroo friend around; it was always in sight and kept me entertained throughout our stay.

The property and the rooms are lovely. You are in the middle of a neighbourhood which is a nice change from being in a downtown area. There isn’t much around but it’s close enough to drive to what you need.

The apartment was great, close to the pool and having the alfresco was nice. Parking was easy and the staff were lovely! Only thing that was lacking was the beds weren’t very comfortable but this is personal preference so hard to keep everyone happy in a large accommodation.

Bloody brilliant. The property is new, clean, great value, comfortable bed, the staff were also great. Trinity Beach up the road is a really good area, very good quality restaurants.

First time staying here. The property is new but our room smelled funny whenever we came back after it being shut up for the day. The towels also really smelt after four days of being damp, wasn’t sure if we could ask for others. Bed was comfy but the pillows weren’t great (I’m quite fussy though). Pool area was lovely, it was a nice quiet location. You definitely need a car. They also need to mark out the car parks spaces better, nobody seemed to be able to park straight when we were there so ended up having to park in the staff car park one time.

We’ll be going back

This place is fantastic & reasonably priced. Not on a beach but so close to many as well as Cairns, Skyrail, Cattana Wetlands, etc. with Atherton Tablelands & the Daintree not too far away. The staff are delightful. Don’t be put off by the 2 story buildings as they have lifts. There are big plans to expand so hope it will retain it’s vibe.

Outstanding apartment

Outstanding 1 Bedroom apartment. Very clean and comfortable. Presently in a dead-end street and very quiet, when road works is complete the road out the front will be very busy. Staff very helpful.
