L'hôtel Novotel El Borg au Caire a tout à fait répondu à mes attentes. Il est très bien placé, au centre de la ville, station de métro à 6 - 7 minutes à pied. Ma chambre (City View) était calme, confortable, spacieuse, propre et bien équipée y compris Wifi puissant gratuit et illimité.Tout le personnel de l'hôtel (réception, restaurant, service de nettoyage, personne de sécurité à l'entrée) était très aimable et serviable. Le buffet du petit déjeuner était fantastique et très copieux avec beaucoup de produits frais, des spécialités internationales et locales. La prochaine fois que je retourne au Caire je réserverai dans cet hôtel sans hésiter.

stuff is unappropriate

when I arrived to the hotel I had to wait 30 min to be served since there was only 1 person working at the checking... once I was served at the checkin they gave me the wrong room and they need other 30 minutes to correct it... when I was checking out, they took 20 minutes and they were not able to bill only once for extra taxes etc.... I would say that's not in the novotel standards. I am raising this review to Novotel btw. Stelio

Good value for your money

All and all good hotel with a convenient location. Room was clean and nice, staff was friendly and breakfast was good (allthough it was not included). Only wished for a free Wifi (you can get it but they charge for it).

Sehr gute Lage

Sehr sauber und freundlicher Personal .die Lage ist sehr zentral und zum Nil nur 1 min entfernt . Gerne wieder
