Kudos to Niraj who checked us in and went above and beyond regarding everything. Wait staff at the restaurant- shout out to Rebecca, Shenoy, PC, Iba and the guy who made dosas - you guys were the best and made sure everything was seamless and perfect. I stayed at the hotel recently and had a wonderful experience. The staff, especially Chaha and Dhiran, were outstanding. Chaha was extremely sweet, polite, and caring in her behaviour, which made me and My Wife feel so comfortable. Dhiran was also very professional, helpful, and attentive throughout our stay.
