The property is dated. We stayed 6 days and there was a stain on one of the bedsheets that was never changed! Sink is outside the bathroom so you open the door with dirty hands, have to brush your teeth and shave in front of others - not a fan of that. The best part was the breakfast attendant. A little elderly lady from the south of Ireland that worked her butt off and greeted all guests with a "good morning how are you today". We witnessed her chatting with a little boy about Santa Claus and how he had stayed at the motel and she was going to tell Santa how good this boy has been 😊. Such a sweet lady that we will miss on the rest of our trip in Alberta.

This hotel is close to all shopping stores or outlet and easy access to the highway that is convenient for transportation. Staffs are wonderful and very helpful to assist and help you especially Gavind . Room is clean & quiet.

Staff was unwilling to cancel a reservation and force me to pay the full stay after I realized that I had been booked at the incorrect location. They basically forced me to pay for something I couldn’t use.

the only concern was both times, different rooms, both booked with in a week, that the room was quite hot, even with the a/c turned on. Not sure why the room stays so warm, as a/c was blowing cold. A bit of attention needs to be paid on simple maintenance in these rooms, like toilet paper holders that are loose and sloppy for example.
