Pull out bed was very uncomfortable and the pool area was dirty. Breakfast was good, room was clean and spacious, nice to have fridge and microwave. Check in and out was seamless.

Bar service closed early by 8 pm. No body shower wash. No shower caps . Rough towels. Break fast limited variety. Housekeeping came in made bed but didn’t clear cups etc used from night before. Was suppose to have a king size suite. Wasn’t given one. Won’t go back ! One and done.

Quiet and comfortable. Breakfast selection was decent. The evening “restaurant” idea needs to be developed at little more. Staff are friendly. We have stayed here a few times now and will likely stay again on our next trip to Okotoks.
