Front desk was friendly and helpful. Families with kids running around having a great time. Water slides aren’t a theme park, but they’re close enough for a lot of fun!! Restaurant had prime rib that was spot on. Other end of hotel did a correct and proper buffet breakfast. The wait staff at all facilities were really friendly and kind.

The room was clean and comfortable. The pool side access was fabulous with a personal seating area in the pool area. The staff were very kind and helpful, they were happy to help make our stay perfect. The kids loved the pool and the two waterslides. We would definitely come back for another ‘stay-cation’.

One of the better hotels we've ever stayed at in Alberta. Pool was amazing the kids had the greatest time ever. Racketball was an amazing addition and gave us something a little different to do. Food was average for a hotel - although I heard great things about the eggs Benedict but unfortunately I think it was on brunch menu and I went at breakfast.

Unfortunately would not recommend this hotel. I had no hot water for 2 days and there was a complete water shut down in the hotel for a day. The room also had a mildew smell to it. I brought this to a managers attention and he said all he could do was make notes of it. No compensation was offered. Definitely will not be coming back
