The room was clean. The facilities (pool and gym) were nice. Hotel staffe were nice. I wasn't overly impressed with the staff at the pub (Peanuts); they were very focussed on joking with the old regulars at the bar, and not so much refilling others' drinks.

Parking is extremely limited and should be limited to hotel guests. The overflow lot is across the street, which was inconvenient. The newly renovated room was a bit sparse; there wasn’t any seating besides one desk chair. Bathroom was really tight, the sink and toilet were quite low.

Reasonable priced

Clean room, have stayed here several times, buffet style breakfast is okay, not great but ok. Usually quiet but was put on dog friendly floor and couple of pooches not so happy. Older hotel could use some Reno’s. overall for the price it’s reasonable

The website says they have a sauna. The hotel info binder (see pic) in the room also says they have a sauna. They DO NOT have a sauna. They have a steam room. And when we went to the hotel, the steam was broken, yet the website did not indicate it was broken. That’s very shady business.

Good restaurant. Room needs an upgrade. Poor room lighting. Toilet needs to be replaced. TV remote did not work properly. The pillows were heavy and hard. I will look at other hotels when we visit Calgary again.

Very clean and quiet

Very good and clean hotel. Staff was friendly. Very quiet and there was no weird noise from the a/c or anything. The only thing I could say is that I wish all the rooms had a microwave and it didn’t cost you $5/ day to get one.
