The hotel and room were nice and clean but the staff were very bad and rude. No greeting and not friendly. When asked why were given a room on the main floor we were told that's what was booked but after further questioning, it was because we booked through Expedia and that guests that booked through their own website was given better rooms.

Amazing staff and service!! Great for adults and kids. The barrel sauna was fantastic as was the billiards table. My husband and I enjoyed the cafe each morning. So many great seating options in the lobby and the patio, and great views of the golf course and planes taking off from the airport. We loved our stay!
