You're supposed to get the code to access the property 24 hours before. We had agreed with the manager that we would check in at 1pm and at 12:45pm we still hadn't received it. We texted both directly and through the app with no response. I called several times. The owner finally picked up and said, I'll send you the code and then rudely hung up without saying anything else. We didn't get the code until 2:30 pm and by that time, we had found a different place to stay. Poor communication. And def poor customer service.
