Excellent service from all employees that we interacted with. We received an upgrade to a family suite at check-in. It was a great surprise after a 12 hour day of driving. We’d definitely stay with Days Inn in Balzac again.

We stayed for three nights with our kids and pet cats. I appreciated the two queen bed suite for its size and all of us were comfortable. The bedroom itself has been upgraded and the beds were comfortable. There was tv units in the sitting area and bedroom. The bathroom was clean as well. Our room was near to the pool which was convenient for us. Front staff allowed for an early check in. Breakfast was potatoes, egg, meat, bread, muffins, flavored yogurt, pancakes, cereal. They did have gluten free options too. The restaurant staff were friendly. You can free coffee and tea through out the day too. Some things needs improvement The mattress on the sofa bed needs replacement since it is old, dingy and had a foul smell. We decided not to use the sofa bed. Hangers to be provided inside the closet would be convenient A place to hang jackets and coats near the entrance The pool area needs an upgrade. The floors were old, paint and tiles was chipping from the walls. The inside of the pool didn't feel clean. There was rust near the slide area. Once we overlooked all these flaws we had a good time in the pool. Overall we still had a good time away from home. Cross iron mall is 6 mins drive away. very convenient. Thank you.

Was very impressed at check in of the level of friendliness and customer service we Received from the girl who checked us in. The breakfast staff were very courteous and prompt with keeping the tables cleaned and the food stocked. Only downside was the pool and slide were great but my husband wanted to relax in the jot tub and it was too murky looking to want to enter it.

Overall very good price for the amenities. Pool was ok (not sure if it’s salt water or chlorine because our bathing suits kinda stink after using the pool but not like chlorine) very noisy in the middle of the night sounded like a vacuum above our room but I think it was the ac units or something those are very loud. In the room that we had the bed was way to close to it so it literally blew into the mattress. Overall pretty clean though. Front staff was very nice, kitchen staff lady is a little grumpy. Overall good price for what you get! Close to the mall which was very nice!
