My daughter had her 12th bday party here. They had a blast! The pool was fun and the staff was very nice to let us check in early to decorate the room and store our ice-cream cake!

I booked this hotel because if the pool and the breakfast, I could have paid less in Airdrie. We went for dinner and when we came back the pool was out of order and still was when we checked out in the morning. The bathroom was quite dirty with dust and dirt on the ledge around the sink and the shampoo & soap bottles in the shower were very dirty as well. The walls in the room seem quite dirty and stained as well as the walls down the hallway and stairways. Rugs were very stained in the hall and stairways as well. The breakfast was cold. The juice was like water and we had to stand and wait for a table to sit and eat at. I had to ask the staff to refill the milk as well as wipe the chair and table once there was an open table to sit and eat at. I would not stay there again

I waa called in betwwen of our stay and asked if we are checking out tho I have a booking for 5nights. and I asked to clean our room for 3 consecutive days but the 2nd day has not been cleaned. we askes it a day before and even talked to front desk to confirm it
