I stay here usually every 6 weeks, its usually pretty clean, however this time while there for 3 nights, the first night the bath towels had what looked like beard hair trimmings or the like hair on the new folded towels, the second night the bed was made no new towels, the third night I thought the room hadn't been cleaned because when I came in to the room at 8pm the bed hadn't been made, however there was new towels and a new soap on the tub. Not very consistent. Usually I find housekeeping is pretty consitent here. Hopefully a one off, but I think I'll try somewhere else next trip out.

I would give this location a 7/10. The check in was ok. Not a warm greeting, no info explained about the property ie. where the pool is located, info about breakfast (where and when) check out times etc. Basically we were handed our room keys and told what room we were in. The hotel was fairly clean, but needed attention to detail, when we saw staff members there were no communications at all, not even a hello. We loved the pool and area and our room was good. I would stay here again if needed and I would give this location a 10/10 if the staff took a little more pride in their work and made their focus about the customer experience. After all people are choosing to stay here, make them feel welcome.

Suspect that my tires had air let out of tires. I stayed early this year and had similar problem with winter tires. Parking has no protection from vandalism.

Rooms are very cramped We also ended up needing a cot for my son who is 16. The cot was terrible. Sinks down in the middle. Can’t hold anyone over the age of 12 comfortably

Nice and clean

Hotel was nice, good location. Rooms were clean, upgraded and spacious. Only downfall was bed was somewhat uncomfortable as there were distinct indents in the bed.

Could not understand a thing he said and when I asked to repeat what he said, he made us feel we were taking up too much of his time. Very abrupt directions to elevator and telling wifi and breakfast information. Room appears nice but many surfaces are extremely dusty. Good beds and linens.Good AC.
