I am not sure if it was poor planning or an oversite on someone part; I arrived at 10:10 pm to check into a room that I had reserved and paid for through Hotels.com. The lobby was packed with people trying to check in. A sports group I learned. I never got into my room until 11:00.

I would suggest that this is the most perfect visit I've had to a hotel since pre-covid. The service is excellent, the rooms are clean and cared for, the amenities are all functioning and comfortable. Plus they have a restaurant in the building which I did not expect and the young lady that served me her name is Jerrica and she was very helpful with my special needs I was checked in by Pin when I came in, she was quick and efficient and absolutely Charming

Normally we get the suite on the 5th floor but this time were given the 3rd floor and it's not as nice. Specifically the shower and the fact that the living room has no black out blinds so it stayed very bright until the sun goes down which was not the romantic vibe we were after, this was our biggest disappointment in the room. Also the coffee maker didn't work. The bed though was super comfortable as were the two occasional chairs.

The rom was well cleaned. The staff were friendly, courteous and helpful. The few things I made the front desk aware of were accepted politely, and noted down to be mentioned to the maintenance staff.
