Same standards that i have come to expect at this location. I love the pool, sauna & hot tub at this hotel, the food and the bar. Its a shame the road getting to it and its surroundings are less so impressive.

We stay here every year before our flights to our cruise port. They offer parking stays and free shuttle to the airport which is great! The staff is always friendly, the beds and pillows are comfy, and the restaurant has good food.

-Strong perfume scent in main entrance and the rooms - Swimming lessons take up an already tiny pool, I called ahead to see if there were swimming lessons during our stay since the pool was a big reason why we came, they roped off half the pool and circulated classes with about 10 screaming babies and toddlers. This was for our entire stay. - Had to ask multiple times for pool towels and for the slide to be turned on. Life guard was told it was broken, I walked to the front desk in my bathing suit and asked for it to be turned on, maintaince had to take the switch apart for it to turn on. But 20 mins or so later it was on. Jets didn’t work in the hot tub and the water level was so low I thought it was out of service. The pool area could definitely use a clean. There was yogurt drinks and garbage from the day before. The view of the pool is the junk yard. - Burn marks in the carpet on the floor in our room. - The water pressure in our shower was like a slow trickle - asked for shampoo and conditioner at 6pm and they sent a male up at 9pm when my daughter was already asleep who knocked on the door repeatedly. I would spend the extra money and stay somewhere else.
