Needs Improvement

This motel hasn't been upgraded since the 1950s. The original doors are warped and don't close properly. The hot water sometimes didn't get hot. The bed sagged due to its age. The Roku television/entertainment with movie channels was the best thing about the motel. However, we didn't fly all the way to Canada to watch TV.

It was a family visit. Not welcoming customer service. Old fashioned room and room security. Washroom wasn't clean enough. Beside cheap room rent, its not recommended.

Rooms were dark. No face cloths or coffee machine. When enquired about it. Was told because of covid they dont suppy coffee. Air conditionerwas near ceiling. So you couldnt turn it on or adjust. No contolls for it.

The WiFi code did not work. The cable did not work. The staff asked for $100 deposit that they would hold on to overnight and I could get back in in the morning... Even though they had a credit card on file.
