The staff were very courteous and made the visit very enjoyable. The room was very clean and had all the amenities you would need! The location was great; we mostly walked everywhere we were visiting, and it is right down the street from the NYE fireworks show. My only complaint is that housekeeping only comes early in the morning, so if you want to sleep in, they won't stop by unless requested. And there was also a cleaning rag left on the bathroom floor when we initially came to the room. Other than that, it was a great stay, and we look forward to potentially staying here again in the future!

The rooms are clean, spacious and excellent. It feels like staying in your own home. The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, stove, kettle, dishwasher, fridge, and oven. The bed is very comfortable and comes with a wide choice of pillows, so you can pick the firmness you like. Coffee and tea are provided. The desk is ideal for work, and both air conditioning and heating are easy to adjust. The staff are kind, attentive, and always happy to help. Late check-out is available for a small fee, which is very convenient. I would gladly stay here again.

Well-located walking distance to many amenities. The room was spacious and clean on the surface, but not so clean on closer look - the plug covers were covered in grime and the sink overflow hole had black sludge around and inside it. It was really nauseating to see. Walls were thin and sound from the hallway sounded like it was practically in the room. Overall, it was decent value for the price but I probably wouldn't stay here again if there were other options available.
