TV reception was terrible in all 3 rooms for group. Air conditioner made vibration sound and filter and coil was plugged with lint. Bathroom sink was cracked. Bathroom door hinges squeaked…loudly…enough to wake up a sleeping person. The bathroom vent system sounds like a jet engine. The pillows are uncomfortable…too firm/thick. And the internet is terrible. The phone symbol does a good signal, but content does not load.

Great parking. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. Our rooms were spacious, clean, and quiet. The sofa beds could use an upgrade as they are not very comfortable. We had our eight year old granddaughter with us, and she commented that she could feel the bars under the mattress and had to sleep sideways. The hotel overall is situated in a very convenient location with dining close by, a swimming pool, and minutes from the airport. Would we stay there again? Yes, but the rates were a bit high. I guess that’s because it was Stampede week. Thank you 😊

Clean quiet rooms. Helpful staff. Shuttle service could be streamlined a bit as we were asked to be completely ready to board before calling once in the airport, only to then be told it was a 40 minute wait. Instructions of how to access shuttle could have been clearer as had to google.

When we arrived, there was a power outage. We were given flashlights, but walking through a pitch-black hallway was a bit unsettling, especially for the kids. Once we got to our room, I noticed that the sliding window lock was broken and the window was not secure. We went back to the front desk and were given a different room. The air conditioning units in the rooms were quite small, so we had to keep them running continuously for our entire two-day stay just to maintain a comfortable temperature. The hot tub was out of service, and while the pool was usable, it was nothing special. Overall, it was a decent stay for the price, but the property definitely feels outdated and could use some upgrades.

We greatly enjoyed our stay, it was very close to the airport and the rooms were very nice. Our room was spacious and had great amenities like a fridge and microwave. I also really loved that the bedroom had a door so we could let our infant nap while we watched tv in the living room.
