We were in one of the newly renovated rooms. The toilet was way too close to the counter. I’m only 5’2 and my left arm was in constant contact with the counter top while using the toilet.

We were excited to stay at this hotel in a family room (bunk beds and king in a separate bedroom). Upon arrival we learned it was a bit of a construction site and the pool was closed but they are renovating and they have to do it sometime so we understood. Our room smelled funny and was quite grungy but we were exhausted so didn’t care. We couldn’t get the a/c units to work. Called the front desk and a maintenance guy came right away. He couldn’t get them working. The front desk offered to change our room to either a jacuzzi or a loft suit. My husband went to look and chose the loft. It was obviously a brand new suit and very nice but only had one bed so my 11 and 13 year old had to share a pull out couch that was very uncomfortable.

Not worth the money

Disappointed that the pool was under renovation and that there was no mention of it on this site. We stayed in a family room, but the set up didn’t quite work you can tell that they took a coffee table and a sofa bed out of the area and put two twin beds in. Very difficult to shut the main door into the hallway with the bed in the way. Walls are paper, thin and we were staying beside a group that had rented several rooms together. We could hear them talking And laughing into the early hours. Air conditioning only hits the bedroom and not the beds in the front part of the room. Pretty uncomfortable when it’s hot out. $250 a night when the place is under construction and there’s a dust everywhere and the pool isn’t working is in my view exorbitant.Especially when theirs is. Especially when there’s no breakfast served and you’re expected to go to Denny’s.

We booked a family suite with a kitchenette and a king size bed with 2 singles for us and our 2 adult kids (17&21). We'd been driving for 10 hours and arrived at 3am only to be stuck in a room with 2 doubles. My kids arent small and having them share a bed is ridiculous. Now we are being told that because we booked through Expedia we cant be compensated. So we've paid full price for a room that we didnt get and stuck with the cheapest room with no reimbursement.

We did not know it was under renovations so that is on Expedia, that should have been communicated clearly. The area is good for a quick over night but the parking lot at this hotel is too tight for trucks.

Not happy with our stay.

The Ac units didnt work, renos being done so gym and pool was closed without notice. And had to wait an hour after check in to get our room. Close to west side and hwy1 is the only reason we chose and probably would stay again if those were medigated.
