Welcome to Atlantic Lookout by Atlantic Holiday, a charming house located in the heart of Calheta, Madeira Island, just a short walk from the sandy beach and close to local amenities including supermarkets and restaurants. This cozy home comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests, making it ideal for families, couples, or groups of friends looking to experience the beauty of Madeira.



The house features three bedrooms, including two with queen-size beds and one with a bunk bed, offering flexible sleeping arrangements. There are two modern bathrooms, both with showers, and a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, hob, cutlery, plates, and all the essentials needed to prepare your meals.



For your convenience, the house comes with air conditioning, a washing machine, and a smart TV with a box. Additional amenities include a hairdryer, baby cot, and a high chair. Easy, free parking is available right outside the property (not private).



Check-in is from 16:00 to 05:00, providing flexibility for your arrival. The property’s central location ensures easy access to bus routes and transportation options nearby.



Please note, smoking inside the house is not permitted. We provide bed linen and bath towels for your stay, ensuring your comfort during your time in Madeira.



The City Hall charges a local Tourist Tax per guest per night. The charge amounts:

- 2EUR per night;

- This rate applies up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights and does not apply to guests that are under 13 years old.

- This charge must be paid directly to us so we can deliver it to the City Hall.



We’ll provide all the necessary details, including the Tourist Tax payment, a few days before check-in.
