It also has three bathrooms, one with a shower, one with a bath and a guest bathroom, a spacious and well-equipped kitchen with a dining area and a laundry room. The living room has a comfortable sofa, TV with cable channels, a dining area and access to the balcony, with an area for leisure and socialising, as there are three comfortable sofas and a barbecue.
