I recently stayed at this hotel and, unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The room appeared neglected — it wasn’t properly cleaned, and several amenities were missing or not functioning as expected. Additionally, the staff showed a lack of attention and service. Requests were either ignored or took a long time to be addressed, and there was little effort to make guests feel welcome. Overall, the hotel needs significant improvement in cleanliness and customer service. I hope management takes these concerns seriously, as the location and potential of the property deserve better upkeep and staff training.
