If you're looking for the quintessential beach holiday, without the crowds, then Callala Bay is going to suit you down to the ground and this lovely holiday home is beckoning you! Super spacious, with room for everyone to gather or find their own space to unwind, this has it all. Newly spruced up, it's well-appointed and an easy drive to some of the most stunning beaches along the eastern coast, known for their whitest sand. It ticks all the boxes!

Located in a quiet residential street, this home is a short drive or a 1.5 km walk to the glorious white sands of Callala Bay. The house is welcoming and easy, with new wood flooring and spacious rooms. The fully equipped kitchen is modern and conveniently positioned next to both the large dining suite and the outdoor under-cover eating area, where there is also a BBQ. After your day at the beach, kick back with a wine and enjoy the holiday vibe. The large lounge with TV and WiFi also looks out on the expansive fenced garden, where the kids will enjoy playing.
The bedroom configuration comprises a double in the main, 2 king singles in the second and two singles in the third, which will suit most families. All have BIRs. The large bathroom is bright and modern and there's a full laundry and a second toilet.
This location is a lovely quiet neighbourhood, with shops and the local fish and chip shop and pizzeria down the road. It's also just a short drive to the gorgeous beach of Callala Bay. There's also a skate park nearby for the kids, and Bicentennial Park which is a lovely tranquil inlet for little kids to play at.
It's the beach that's really the draw card here though. Renowned for its white sand, it's a glorious stretch of ocean, perfect for your family holiday. Relax on the beach, swim or surf, snorkel or jetski, there's something for everyone.
Jervis Bay and Huskisson are also within half an hour's drive, with the popular Huskisson Hotel, lovely for a meal out, and other cafes and eateries.
If you seek the amenities of a larger town, Nowra is only a 20 minute drive away, where you'll find shops, larger supermarkets and a golf course.
