Villa Jen'uka, part of the 'Villas de Tom' group, was completely renovated in 2023, making it a comfortable place to stay with family or friends. Callian is a picturesque village in the French Var region. Situated on a hilltop, it offers breathtaking views of the surrounding valleys and mountains. The village is home to a magnificent medieval château dating back to the 11th century, which is open to visitors. In addition, Callian is a popular destination for hikers and nature lovers due to the beauty of the area's landscapes and forests. The village also boasts a lively local market offering delicious local produce. You're less than 8 km from a magnificent golf course, and the white-sand beaches of Cannes are less than 30 km away. There's a large lake 10 minutes' drive away with beaches and pedalos. Enjoy a day by the lake and indulge in water sports 6 km away. The vacation home features elegant paving, comfortable air-conditioned rooms and a private swimming pool that can be heated to 23 degrees (at an extra charge from October to May and on request 10 days in advance). Relax with a good book in the large garden or take a seat on the pretty sofa in the spacious living room, complete with a smart TV equipped with Netflix. There's parking for the car, as well as a free recharging point, depending on car model compatibility, and the kitchen offers a lovely view of the village.
