The house, with a large garden surrounded by a fence all around, has a pool of 8x4 m2 closed with a gate with two doors for child safety and pets.
The garden is equipped with two terraces with table and chairs, sun loungers, barbecue, plus a comfortable porch with garden furniture.
The house consists of two floors; on the ground floor has two double bedrooms, single beds with comfortable mattresses. A full bath, large living room, kitchen, breakfast bar with dishwasher, oven and microwave; laundry with washing machine, indoor and outdoor clothesline. The large living room offers the possibility of sleeping on a sofa-bed for two more people.
Upstairs is a double room with bathroom (shower) and terrace with excellent views out where you can see the bay of Palamos, St. Antoni and Torre Valentina.
It also has central heating, wood stove in the living room and fireplace in the dining room. Internet and TV in different languages.
