It has 2 bedrooms, a living-dining room, an independent kitchen, two bathrooms, one of them en suite, two glazed terraces with views of the sea, both towards the port area and the Fossa area. Apartment equipped with all appliances (dishwasher, washer, dryer, etc.)

The Turquesa Beach building has well-kept common areas. It has 3 pools of different depths and areas for sunbathing. Parking for bicycles and recreation and relaxation areas.

A few kilometers away there are important leisure attractions such as: TERRA MITICA, AQUALANDIA, TERRANATURA, MUNDOMAR, BENIDORM PALACE… In our office we also sell discount tickets to these parks.


In July and August street parking is paid, but the rest of the year it is free. About 100 meters away, leaving the portal to the right, there is the bus stop to go to the center or to take a tour and see all the points of Calpe. The bus can leave the traveler at the train stop so that they can visit the nearby towns without taking the car and enjoying spectacular views from the train.
