Fully equipped modern kitchen. Large double bedroom with wardrobes and 1 large bedroom with 2 single beds 1 master bedroom bathroom with Italian shower and toilet.
The lower part offers a guest apartment (independent) consisting of a double bedroom suite with a bathroom (shower) and a living room with kitchenette. (plus a large pantry)
Outside: a Mediterranean garden (orange trees, lemon tree medlar ... with a discrete pool shaped bean about 4 x 8m with outdoor shower. Large terrace with plenty of space for loungers and a cozy dining area with its brick barbecue.
