Step into the inviting living room, located on the street level, where you'll find a sofa, a smart TV, a dining table and a fully equipped kitchen. Step outside to the cozy garden, complete with a charcoal barbecue for al fresco dining, two sun loungers for soaking up the Spanish sunshine, and a table with chairs for enjoying meals.



The kitchen features a ceramic 4-hob stove, fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, filter coffee machine, and hand mixer. A separate toilet on this level ensures convenience, along with a pantry housing a laundry machine and dryer for added comfort.



There are four bedrooms in total. Ascend the stairs from the living room to find three bedrooms: Bedroom 1 has a double bed, a wardrobe, and an ensuite bathroom with a bath/shower combination, sink, bidet, and toilet. Bedroom 2 features two single beds, a ceiling fan, and a wardrobe, while bedroom 3 offers a pull-out bed for two persons, a ceiling fan, and a wardrobe. A separate bathroom down the hall ensures convenience for all guests, equipped with a shower, toilet, and sink. Bedroom 4 is located on the basement level, offering a cozy double bed and two chairs for added comfort.
