This beautiful villa in the typical Mediterranean style consists of 2 Apartments, which can only be rented together. The guests are offered a wonderful panorama of the sea and ridges, simultaneously with all-day sunshine. The upper apartment consists of 2 double bedrooms, each with an adjoining bathroom, a tower room with bath, large kitchen range in the open living-dining area. The lower apartment consists of 2 double bedrooms with 1 bathroom, large living-dining area with an integrated kitchen. The swimming pool is ca. 8x4m large with a large deck-area, barbecue grill and outside shower.

Additional charges: Electricity, gas, and water are included, heating costs in the winter as per consumption, final cleaning, bed linen and towels on request. Had a wonderful time at the villa. It was exactly what we needed. The villa was excellent, the pool great and the location fantastic. Easy to walk into old town for restaurants, supermarket etc, easy access to local beach. Quiet and peaceful location. Host was excellent.

Maison bien localisée ,piscine au sel et terrasse agréable, vue magnifique Comme deja lu dans les commentaires ,lacunes d'entretien (presque tous les liminaires ext HS et vus les escaliers partout ...projecteur piscine HS , mousses sieges déchirées ,collection de petits parasols déchirés et cassés , pieds de parasols moitié cassés, un lave vaisselle HS,une plaque de cuisson moitie HS...) Dommage que ces éléments ternissent une prestation de 4000 euros pour 15 jours Autres points , pas de climatisation dans la chambre du haut qui malgre un ventilateur est suffoquante pour y dormir Pas de rideau un minimum occultant non plus au RDC et chambre du haut Bref ca pourrait etre magnifique mais pour cela il faudrait faire un minimum d'entretien , rien de colossal pourtant ... Pas déçu du séjour pour autant mais déçu de voir que les avis ne sont pas pris en considération

Het huis is ideaal voor grote families. De zwembad was geweldig en het uizicht op de bergen en zee was indrukwekkend. Zo goed als alles was in orde, enkel enkele bedden lagen ongemakkelijk. Voor een leuk verblijf hier raad ik het iedereen aan!

Une villa ancienne qui nécessite un rafraîchissement, pas de lumières dans la piscine ( donc pas de baignade au tombée de la nuit) pas de lumières dans l’escalier extérieur ( donc dangereux) pas de lumière au dessus du barbecue . Des plaques électriques dans la cuisine qui fonctionnent une fois sur 3 . Un lit avec un matelas d’eau ( très perturbant et difficile d’y dormir à 2 . Une super chambre en haut avec une belle terrasse mais sans climatisation !!! Impossible d’y dormir même avec le ventilateur, obligé de desce Dormir sur le canapé en bas !! Dommage

Superbe vacances

Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances 🌴les propriétaires sont à notre écoute pour répondre à nos questions (par téléphone) et la personne qui nous a accueilli est très gentille malgré la barrière de la langue nous avons su nous comprendre Tout c'est très bien passé 😊 Nous étions ravis de notre séjour👍👌
