Without a car you can reach the old town in 10 minutes. The complex has 2 pools. The property is approximately 1200 square meters. The property and parking space are completed. The house has 4 residential units. In all apartments, the kitchen is equipped with: cooker, extractor hood, oven, refrigerator with freezer, coffee machine, toaster, etc.
The bathrooms were renewed in 2016 and have a shower, toilet, vanity and washing machine, the only difference is in apartment 2, where a bathtub is available.
Apartment 1 and 2 are located on the ground floor.
