A cosy and eleantly designed, contemporary flat on the second / top floor in the delightful and central location of Chesterton. 2 minutes walk from a supermarket and many fabulous amenities and a 15 minute walk into the centre of town and 5 minutes to the river and Midsummer Common..The apartment can accommodate a family with children, corporate professionals, holiday makers and is available for short and long term lets.

The Space:
2 Bedrooms, one with a very comfortable double bed and one with two single beds. One Living Room with dining table and chairs. Fully equipped kitchen and one bathroom. One parking space is available outside for small to medium cars.

Guest Access:
Guests have full and exclusive access to the whole apartment and will not be disturbed during their stay.

Other Things to Note:
No parties or events of any kind please. We have one parking space for small to medium sized cars. Please contact us first if you have a large car or van.

Great apartment

Small apartment, good location for walking to the city centre. The WiFi wasn’t great, but that wasn’t a big issue for us. It had everything we needed and was clean.

Efficient

This is a very good place to stay. Superbly located with a 10 minute walk into the centre of Cambridge, via the river path or across the Common. There are excellent (particularly the Hungarian restaurant) places to eat right on your door step and a local convenience store 100 metres away. This property is clean and comfortable. It is a little noisy and no spare toilet paper and only one laundry tablet - hence the reference to efficient. These are very minor issues in what is a very good place to stay.
