In the past this property was very nice, well maintained and very good value. I stay regularly and the conditions have declined somewhat dramatically. Out side arress filled with trash and cigarettes. Breakfast formerly was very nice with hot options. No may have one prepackaged muffin and poor quality orange juice. The refrigerator did not work The hairdryer blew out and stoped working The TV power button did not work and had to unplug and plug in to operate There were open sharp screws which scraped you were the broken toilet paper dispenser The water smelled and left a yellow tint Please MAINTAIN OR REPAIR or I can not return
