I’m a bit late in posting the review but better late than never. Excellent property in the heart of the city, just minutes away from the scenic river Cam. Stayed here for my birthday with my family.. loved the place and how the staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a great time. Having a small kitchen in the room, is a big plus for me when traveling solo. The kitchen had everything to prepare a meal. Microwave, i suction cooking plate, dish washer, Nespresso, water cooker and a toaster. For me the bed was comfortable. And USB ports were build in in the power outlets. The room was clean and air-conditioned. The room seemed to be sound proof. I didn't hear any neighbours. However it might be better to ask them as I do snore. I liked to location of the hotel. It is in the north of the city centre. For me everything was in walking distance. I did hire a bicycle and the hotel had an indoor car and bicycle parking next door. The bike is inside and there are CCTVs.

Everything was excellent except for the hiccup at the beginning where they forgot to stock up fridge with essentials for my late night arrival. There was no phone in the room and talking to an AI app did not help during late night hours where one don’t feel like going all the way down to the reception to check. But the staff made it up the next day. breakfast ordering can get confusing but once you get to know the staff they get to know what you want. Breakfast is wonderful till 12 noon, and the staff are very friendly. Wonderful place for a longer stay.
