This was the perfect place for our family of four. It was close enough to family and it allowed us to be able to get a good night sleep with no concerns. The house was clean, warm enough, and really a great place for us to be able to stay. Will consider staying here again.
Rented this cabin for a week of snowmobiling the Tug Hill area. The trails were 1/4 mile away accessible from the restaurant down the road. The cabin was clean and quite cozy. The beds were very comfortable. Good internet and cellular service. Shana was very responsive to any questions. Overall a good experience and I wouldnât have any reservations about staying here again in the future.
The cabin was very clean and nicely decorated. Bed was very comfortable with nice quality/soft sheets. Really appreciated the flood lights at every corner of the cabin outside - which made walking our dogs at night much easier. Close to town and a nice view of the farm across the street. The only negative was that the water smelled very strongly of sulphur and the owner did not notify us that they don't drink the water at the cabin until just a few days before our check in. Wasn't a huge issue for us, but I think its something that should be disclosed up front (hence the 4 stars for accuracy of listing and communication with owner) I imagine if you were staying there with several people, it would be an inconvenience to have to bring your own water. Regardless, we enjoyed our stay and may likely stay there again since its close to our family and allows dogs.
I really appreciated the thoughtful details including the homey decor, the plush blankets and pillows, the cozy overall feel, the quality in the finishing touches and the well appointed kitchen. It is very clean and the beds are comfortable as well.
Thank you for making such a nice and welcoming place to come into! We will definitely stay here again.
