Very disapointing had to pay twice

I was charged from Expedia and hotel had no register of paynent and the staff was so unprepared could not find my payment.

Hotel necessita de manutencao .

Os quartos precisam de .anutencao tomadas q nao funcionam , teto do banheiro com umidade , limpeza nao safisfatoria ,!roupas de banho insuficiente e de pésssima qualidade. Uma pena , pois o hotel tem uma tradicao de qualidade é ótima localizacao , mas necessita de um boa reforma de manutencao.

Experiência frustrante.

O check in foi rápido e Sra Sandra foi atenciosa e eficaz. Contudo, o quarto é bem ruim. A entrada do box é muito estreita, as folhas são velhas, encardidas e finas: muito ruins. A cama é ruim, faz barulho, colchão afundado, travesseiro péssimo. Havia lixo do hóspede anterior no cesto do banheiro. O elevador é péssimo, lento, pequeno, demora muito. A máquina de café deu problema e a pessoa que trabalha no serviço disse que não poderia fazer nada. Já me hospedei anteriormente no Hotel Nacional, mas este está realmente precisando de manutenção e reforma.

Percebi que pintaram os apartamentos, os corredores e trocaram o ar condicionado. O hotel está mais claro. O café da manhã continua espetacular. Amo o Inn Piracicaba.

Hotel é antigo, mas me surpreendeu. Atendimento impecável desde a chegada c carro, funcionários extremamente solícitos .
