Good location, quiet place.

Cost x benefits I would say... it's expensive in my point of view. First floor hall is too noisy due other costumers talking. The room keys need to be validated almost every day.

Tive problemas com o ar condicionado que não funcionava direito. O chuveiro marcava trocado o quente e o frio. Não tinha toalha de mão. Tive que trocar de quarto por causa do ar condicionado. Este quarto era pra pessoas com necessidades especiais. Espaçoso, ar condicionado funcionando , mas a torneira do chuveiro saiu em minha mão. Aproveito para observar que a cama é muito baixa para o que se propões.
