The property is fully fenced and you can park inside.
At the back there is an outdoor kitchen with space for lunch/dinner and to relax; there is also a shower in the outdoor area (very convenient when returning from the beach!).
The house has 4 bedrooms, 2 on the ground floor (1 double + 1 double with bunk bed) and 2 on the first floor (1 double + 1 tiny with 2 single beds), a living room-kitchen, a full bathroom plus a half bathroom on the first floor. There is a spiral staircase to go up to the first floor.
The villa is fully equipped (air conditioning in the kitchen-living room that reaches all the rooms on the ground floor, + air conditioning in the double bedroom on the first floor) and very comfortable and can be used for both summer and winter holidays!

The beach is less than a 5-minute walk away.
A few minutes' drive away you will also find the train station and 4 supermarkets.
Beautiful Cefalù is just a 10-minute drive away!

The villa is located right in the center of the northern coast, which will give you the opportunity to visit all the important places, including Etna, the Aeolian Islands, Agrigento and others, in a day trip!
