In the heart of the Garfagnana, 1 hour 15 minutes from Lucca, Casa Cascianella sits above the tiny village of Cascianella, surrounded by chestnut woods and mountains. Quiet, scenic and comfortable, with hilltop-village and mountain views from almost every spot.


The house
A well-presented, two-level home you can enter from either floor.

Living area: open fireplace, Smart TV, PlayStation 4, large corner sofa plus a two-seater.
Kitchen-diner: light, well equipped and opening to the garden. Dishwasher, washing machine, oven and hob, microwave, fridge-freezer and dining table.
Bathrooms: four in total - two en-suite shower rooms upstairs, one family bathroom with bathtub upstairs, and one ground-floor shower room.

Piazza al Serchio is under a 5-minute drive for supermarkets, traditional shops, a small Tuesday market, bars, restaurants and a train station for easy exploring. 10 minute drive gets you to Camporgiano with its bars, pizzerias/restaurants, local shops and train station.
