Large Comfortable Home @Woden
Be warmly welcomed to this comfortable and spacious home in one of the most central and family friendly part of Woden.
With 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living area separate from kitchen/dining and a double carport, you and your group can make the most of the space that this house affords, all within close proximity to the rest of Canberra.
What we love about this home:
- the home is on a quiet cul-de-sac in a family friendly peaceful area.
- the large kitchen opens out onto the deck with large sliding doors that open right up.
- the two largest bedrooms are on a separate wing to the other three bedrooms, affording space and separation for down time.
- there are two bathrooms: the main bathroom with large corner tub and double shower, easily accessible to the 3 smaller rooms (Bedrooms 3, 4, 5). The second bathroom is an ensuite to the Master (Bedroom 1), and it has a second door accessible from the hallway for easy access from Bedroom 2.
- there is a double carport and driveway with space for an extra couple of cars.
- there is A/C in the main living area and gas heating.

Bedroom 2: Queen bed
Bedroom 3: Double bed
Bedroom 4: King Single bed
Bedroom 5: Single bed
There is also a desk off the kitchen area, with desk lamp and free wifi.
